The occasion decides the system.
A food-truck wedding should not feel like a smaller version of a commissioned dinner. An office lunch should not require a design process. Different gatherings deserve companies built to serve them well.
The name
Lavender Haze began with a love story.
Some names describe a business. Ours remembers why gathering matters.
Lavender Haze is named for its founder’s love, and for a bond that made hospitality feel larger than food or service. The house grew from that belief: people remember how a room held them, who was beside them and what the gathering allowed them to feel.

The guest sees the company they chose. Behind it sits a shared discipline for people, preparation and follow-through.
Built for the format
Kitchen, fleet and service plans are matched to the work instead of forced into one model.

Press, awards, photographs and client stories are attributed to the company that earned them.
