It’s not a new idea for us. Alfred Mixology was building mocktail menus into weddings roughly ten years ago, back when a non-alcoholic option meant a sad soda gun, not a real drink. The rest of the industry has caught up since — mocktails on menus nationally have grown 233% in just the past four years — but the seasonal shrub program and thoughtful non-alcoholic pairings have been part of how Alfred Mixology builds a bar menu from the start, not a trend it bolted on later.
