Pollen & Platter is our Madison-based buffet and alcohol catering brand — built for events where guests serve themselves from a spread that’s actually good, and where the bar gets the same level of attention as the food. It’s a different shape of event than what you’d book Twisted Radish for: less formal, more about volume and flow, still no compromise on what’s actually on the table.

It’s the brand behind some of our favorite local partnerships, including a buffet and bar collaboration with Yelp Madison that’s still one of our better nights out.
